Newsletter: Email address, first name (optional).
Booking: Dates, guest count, property interest, contact details.
To respond to inquiries, manage bookings and payments via Tokeet / AdvanceCM and Stripe, send newsletters (with explicit consent), and improve our services.
We share personal data only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf under data-processing agreements: Tokeet / AdvanceCM (booking & inquiry management), Stripe (payment processing), MailerLite (newsletter, EU-based), and Netlify EU (hosting). We never sell your data.
Some providers (including our booking platform and payment processor) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR — such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision — to protect your data.

We set no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies of our own — only what is strictly necessary for the site to work, plus a record of your cookie choice stored in your browser. Our fonts are served from our own servers, so displaying this site sends no data to Google.
Some parts of the site are provided by third parties: the availability search, the booking calendars and the enquiry form by Tokeet / AdvanceCM, and the optional property maps by Google Maps. These can set their own cookies and receive your IP address, and once loaded they may pull in further resources of their own (for example web fonts and interface libraries from other providers) — so they are not loaded until you accept. If you decline — or simply make no choice — nothing is requested from them, and you can still book or enquire by phone or email. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Double opt-in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Managed via MailerLite (EU-based).
